ARBOUR, ANDRE-EDGAR
In loving memory of Andre-Edgar Arbour, 73 years, after a tough battle with cancer, Thursday morning, 21 August 1997, at his residence in Chelmsford, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Victoria Mines,ON, and in 1945, he married Madeleine (nee Parent) in Windsor. He was a miner at INCO Ltd for 25 years, retiring in 1976 due to his failing health. He was a Roman Catholic member of St Joseph's Church in Chelmsford and a member of the INCO Quarter Century Club. Andre was a great lover of cars and was very proud of every "Ford" product that he owned. Hewas a devoted husband and father and enjoyed being surrounded by his grandchildren and great-granddaughters. He leaves a rich legacy of love and will be sadly missed but never forgotten. Beloved husband of Madeleine (nee Parent) Arbour of Chelmsford. Loving father of Patricia (husband Joseph Svab) of Windsor, Lucille (husband Dan Sweeny) of Sudbury, and Marcel (wife Anna) of Windsor. Will be sadly missed by his grandchildren: Christina, Andrew (wife Francine), Tommy (predeceased), Jennifer, Krysten, Darian, Angie, Samantha, and great-granddaughters Melina and Mackenzie. Son of Jean and Delina (StJean) Arbour, both predeceased. Dear brother of Florida Patry of New Market, Paul (wife Julia)of Rexdale, Eveline (husband David Constantineau) ofSudbury, and predeceased by Alma Bondarenko, Ernest, Joseph, and Clara Descoteaux. Also survived by many brothers- and sisters-in-law in Windsor and the surrounding area. Resting at the Lougheed Funeral Home, 252 Regent St. Funeral Mass in StJoseph's Church, Errington St, Chelmsford, Monday, 25 August 1997, at 11:00 am. Interment in the Chelmsford Cemetery. Donations to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation would be appreciated.
