  The Helena Independent (MT) -- Friday 07 Aug 1936 CRASH IN LOUISIANA TAKES LIVES OF FIVE New Orleans, 6 Aug -- Trapped in the blazing wreckage of an overturned automobile, five persons were burned to death 18 miles south of here today. One other was burned possibly fatally. All were members of well-known New Orleans families. The dead:Mrs. A. F. Bernius, wife of a local pharmicist; her granddaughter, Laura Bernius, 4; Mrs. Arthur Arbour andher son, Arthur Arbour Jr.; and Mrs. Conrad Bernius, 28, daughter-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Bernius. The injured: A. F. Bernius, husbandofMrs. Bernius, and Mrs. Conrad Bernius, his daughter-in-law. Witnesses told officers they believed the accident and fire was caused by a blowout.
