  The Columbian (Vancouver, WA) -- Wednesday 15 Oct 2008 Irene Ann Arbour 15 July 1922 -- 11 October 2008 Irene Ann Arbour, 86, of Vancouver, WA, passed away peacefully with family and friends by her side, on 11 Oct 2008. She was born on 15 July 1922, in Plaquemine, Louisiana. She is survived by daughters, Debi Wannamaker and Donna Quintana; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Shewas preceded in death by her husband John, and her son Johnny. She wasa soft hearted, head strong woman, that loved to laugh. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and taking trips to Reno, NV. Shewill be missed by everyone, who was blessed to have known her. Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral services on Friday, 17 Oct,at 11:00 am at St Joseph's Catholic Church, 400 S. Andresen, Vancouver, WA.
