SOMMERS, DOROTHY ARBOUR -- A native of Baton Rouge and resident of Lebanon Junction, KY, she died Monday, 16 Aug 2004, at Frazier Rehabilitation Hospital in Louisville, KY. She was 88 years old. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., Thursday, 19 Aug, from 5 pm to 9 pm and from 8 am to 9:30 am Friday, 20 Aug. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick Catholic Church at 10 amFriday, conducted by the Rev. Jerry Martin. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. She is survivedby her sons, Frank Sommers and Michael Sommers, both of Baton Rouge, Keily Sommers of South Shore, KY, and G.C. Sommers of Cincinnati; daughters, Mrs. Shelby (Lynette) Owens of Kingwood, Texas, Mrs. Roy (Cordie) Willis of Lebanon Junction, Mrs. David (Carolyn) Brown of The Colony, Texas, and Suzanne Moore of Pace, FL; and a brother, Donald Arbour. She isalso survived by 24 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, John F.Sommers Sr.; son, Kenneth Sommers; daughter, Mary Sommers; parents, Clarence and Ida Arbour; three brothers and five sisters, Pallbearers will beJohnny Sommers, Steven Sommers, Matt Willis, Jamie Legier, David Brown, and David Owens.
