Douglas Doug Arbour, age 49, passed away Friday, February 14, 2014 atGeorgia Regents Medical Center. He was a native of the Baton Rouge area and a resident of Lancaster, SC. Doug was the CEO of Jefferson Hospital in Louisville, GA and an accomez.sus-e Le ssaole?ees18 Rivitab» «tab»plished health care professional of 30 years. He graduated from Baker High School and began his higher education at Southeastern LouisianaUniversity where he received an Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy. From there he received a Bachelorof Arts in Health Management fromOttawa University and a Master of Business Administration with a focuson Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix. Doug is survived by his wife, Tricia Arbour; daughters, MalloryArbour, Erica Arbour,Madison Arbour and son, Matthew Arbour. He is also survived by his mother, Pearl Arbour, sister, Cassie Hubert and four brothers, Charles Arbour, Bennie Arbour Jr., Michael Mickey Arbour Sr., and Ray Arbouraswell as brother-in-laws, Donald Hubeez.sus-e Le ssaole?ees18 Rivitab» «tab»rt Sr, Paul Traigle Jr., Yancey Rills, sister-in-laws, Michelle Mikie Rills, Mabel Arbour, Betty Arbour and many nieces and nephews.
