To those who loved Gary Gary was a huge part of my artistic life at TheNational Ballet of Canada. I had just written a note to him inviting him to celebrate our 60 Anniversary with us. I was hoping he would accept and that we would be able to see each other again. I loved the artistic relationship that we shared over many years and I'm so sorry that heis gone. My deepest condolences to you all Sincerely Karen Kain

Gary was so talented and so very smart ! I was so fortunate to be not only his friend but also to have worked with him at the Ballet. While James Kudelka was creating and I was dancing...Gary was in the corner inspiring us with his wonderful love and passion for music on the piano. Helived an incredibly interesting and well travelled life and will certainly be missed by many! I still cannot believe that I visited him on that Saturday afternoon and that it would be my last time.....I carry with me years and years of wonderful memories of our friendship which willalways be close to my heart......
