Notes - (assumed birth date)IN THE NAME OF GOD AMENWilliam Harbour of Harmondsworth in the County of Middlesex, Labourer, do make and publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in name and form following (that isto say) first I do is that all my just debts, finances, and in taking charges shall be paid and discharged by my Executor hereinafter named out of my personal Estate and should give divide and bequeath all that my copyhold cottage or throughout within and furthermore will that barnsand stables, yards, orchardsand anything within all said land and appoint there into belonging, adjoining or appertaining situate in Moon Lane at Harmondsworth within the manor of Harmondsworth in the said County of Middlesex. To my son WilliamHarbour of the Parishof St. Botolph, Aldersgate in the City of London, Labourer, to hold to him his heirsand offspring for ever subject to the payment of fifty pounds of lawful ensuring to my Daughter Ann Baker, and the like sum of fifty poundsoflawful moneyto my Daughter Elizabeth Thorpe and if either of those my daughters should die before my death the money to be divided amongsttheir children in equable and equally alike all and rest and residue ofmy sole and personal estate of what nature or kind it maybe on whom ever the same may be and give and divide the same to my said son WilliamHarbour in trust to sale and dispose of the same as soon as conveniently maybe after my demise and out of the money arising by such sale to pay and discharge all my just debts, funeral and supplementary charges and the surplus and produce that shall be left in his hand after all expenses are paid. I direct him to pay of the said surplus money reserving one third to himself one third to mydaughter Ann Baker and the other third to my daughter Elizabeth Thorpe and I hereby bequeathconstitute and appoint my said son William Harbour my full and sole Executor ofmy said Will. Declaring this to be only my last Will andTestament. Inwitness to hereof the said William Harbour the Testator have hereto set my hand I say this herewith twentieth day of October in the year of our lord 1800. William Harbour his X mark signed served and delivered by the said William Harbour Testatoras and for his last Will and Testament in front of us in whose presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witness hereto John Kempe, John Turner and Francis Dobson.This Will was proved at London the 10th dayof March in the Year of our Lord One thousand, eight hundred andtwo before his Worshipful Samuel Peare Parson Doctor of Laws and Surrogate of the Rt. Hon.Sir William Wynne Knight, Master of Laws, Master or of Prerogative Courtof Canterburylawfully constituted by theoath of William Harbour also son and Executor named in the said Will to whom administration was granted of all and singular the goods, chattels and of the saiddeceased having been first sworn duly to administer.
