Beloved husband of the late Thelma Martinez Arbour of 24 years. Husband of the late Thelma Lawson Arbour of 21 years. Loving father of Keith Arbour (wife Colleen) and Karen Phipps(husband Doyce "Buster'). Preceded in death by his loving parents, Claude Vincent Arbour and Mary Boudreaux Arbour. Grandfather of Scott and Jessica Maronge, Christina (Crissie) and Dennis Arbour,Julie and DoyceIII Phipps, and Belinda Jimenez. Also survived by a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
