Prior to his first marriage to Eliza Jewitt Henry lived at 28 EdwinRoad, Sheffield andEliza lived at 18 Bramall Lane Sheffield. Elizawas probably illiterate as she signed her marriage certificate with anX.There were some discrepancies on the marriage certificate: Henrydescribes his father's occupation as a 'Fancy Weaver', yet his fatherWilliam died in 1869 - 11 years earlier!2. His second wife Annie Woolen was a widow. Both gave the sameaddress - 83 Normandale Road, Sheffield.Annie may have had children by her first marriage but her only knownoffspring was Albert.On this marriage certificate he gives his father's occupation asfarmer (deceased), and states his age as 4 years younger than hereally was!
