Mrs. Solange Arbour, wife of the late Maurice Richard and resident of La Tuque, died in La Tuque, at CSSSHSM, on5 Mar 2009. She was 83 years old. The family will accomodate relatives and friends at the Perreault & Sons Funeral Home Inc., 602 rue Commerciale,Tuque. Hours of visitation: Sunday from 7-10 pm and Monday, the day of the funeral, starting at 11:30 am. The funeral will take place Monday, 9 March 2009, at 1:30 pm in St-Zephirin Church. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery. Her sons Jocelyn and Michel predeceased her. Mrs. Richard leaves in mourning her children: Nicole, Claude, Jocelyne (Daniel Trepanier), Yves(Linda Houde), Guy (Rejeanne Gauvin), Carole (Paul Gauvin), and Johanne (Daniel Lafreniere); her grandchildren: Sebastien, Christian, Martin,Steve, Manon, Julie, Michelle, Benjamin, Michel,Patrick, Marc, Eric, Dominique, Sophie, Mathieu, Guy Jr, Martine, Sonny, and Alexandre; 21 great-grandchildren; her brothers and sisters: Rodolphe (Mariette Capano), Gaston (Jacqueline Parent), Gerald (Carmen Labbe), Gilles (LucieTremblay), Marc (Lorraine Beauchamps), Emile(Berangere Chevrette), Colombe, Pierrette, and Micheline; her brothers-in-law and her sisters-in-law: Gaston Richard (Florence), Diane Richard, Lucie Richard, Suzanne Richard, and Lucille Bourassa Richard; aswell as several nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. One year ago, you left us but we know that you are counting the days while you are waiting for us to join you. Let us offer this mass like a bouquet of love forever present in our hearts.
