MESSMER, LAURA LEE ARBOUR -- A retired Blue Ribbon food store employee with 15 years of service and a resident and native of Baton Rouge, she died at 12:15 pm Thursday, 30 Dec 1999, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 73. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East,11000 Florida Blvd, from 3 pm to 9 pm Sunday and after 9 am Monday. Religious services in the funeral home chapel at 1 pm Monday, conducted by the Rev. Sam Maranto. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survivedby two sisters and brothers-in-law, JoAnn and Homer Watts, Gonzales, andWanda Fay and Rex Starks, Independence, MO; a brother and sister-in-law, Charles E. Arbour Sr and Velton Arbour, Baton Rouge; three sisters-in-law, Hazel Arbour, Weatherford,OK,and Matt Henderson, and Betty Arbour, both of Baton Rouge; and former husband, Herman Messmer, Baton Rouge. Preceded in death by her parents, Allain Joseph Arbour Sr and Ethel Laura (Blanchard] Arbour; and three brothers, A. J.
