     On 24 Oct 1919, Fred ("F. C.") was issued a US Passport for a pleasure trip with the Shriners to Cuba, leaving from Tampa, FL, on 23 Nov 1919, aboard the P Q SS Line. He claimed he was born in Williamstown, WV, on 25 Sep 1875, to L. C. ARBOUR, who was born in Ohio and who then resided in Pittsburgh, PA. He reported his own residence as 105 South Boulevard in Tampa, FL, and his occupation as Traveling Salesman. His physical descriptionis as follows:6', high forehead, grey eyes, regular nose, medium mouth, round chin, slightly brown hair, ruddy complexion, oval face, and no distinguishingmarks. On 10 Oct 1919, Merchant C. M. Davis attested to Fred's identification, claiming that he also resided in Tampa and had known Fred for 4 years. On 13 Oct 1919, Fred's mother, Mrs. S. F.     HAZEL L. LUCEY
    Lucey, Hazel L. Arbour, 81, a resident of Heartland Lansing Nursing Home, Bridgeport, Ohio, andformerly of 36 Indiana Street, Wheeling Island,died Wednesday, 5 October 2005, in East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. Hazel was born 27 September1924, in West Liberty, WV, the daughter of the late Alfred and Clara Mozingo Arbour. She wasamember of the former Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, Wheeling. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry J. Lucey Sr, in1993; and a brother, Wilbur Arbour. Surviving are her two daughters, Peggy Morris and herhusband, Philip, and Susan DeGarmo and her husband,Michael, all of Wheeling; four sons, Richard Lucey and his wife, Brenda, of Bridgeport, Ohio, Jerry Lucey Jr. and his wife, Bonnie, of Martins Ferry, Ohio; James Lucey and his wife, Susan, and Michael Lucey and his wife, Jane, all of Wheeling; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 5-8 pmThursday at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Elm Grove Chapel, 154 Kruger Street, Wheeling, where aVigil Service will be held at 7:30 pm Thursday evening. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am Friday, 7 October 2005, at St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Wheeling with Rev. James Lacrosse as Celebrant. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Catholic Charities, 125 18th Street, Wheeling, WV 26003.Online condolences may be expressed to thefamily at www.altmeyer.com.
